Sinclair Law Solicitors today hosted an informative breakfast networking event at The Colony HQ. The topic was the new trust registration regime hosted by Anthony Whittaker, an expert in Trusts and Estates from Bennett Brooks Accountants.
Sinclair Law were joined by local Independent Financial Advisors who were keen to understand how these new changes would affect them, their practice and ultimately the services they provide to their clients. The discussions enforced the importance of ‘relevant persons’ working together and communicating effectively to ensure clients were guided correctly to avoid facing penalties or issues later on down the line.
