Having twisted the arms of my colleagues to take part in the Wilmslow Festive 10k, mission accomplished! I’ve kitted out Team Sinclair with a perfect race day outfit; Sinclair Law running shirts, they are already making us look and feel strong. Here I am looking convincing in my go-fast getup! It’s a festive run so I’m also excited about finding the team the perfect Christmas accessories.
The moment of no return has hit however and so has the pain in my hips.
Week two of training and I am already rethinking my overly audacious running goals.
I’m excited about race day but terrified that I won’t be ready, that I won’t make it to the finish line. One this is for sure though, I will have fire in my feet powered by pride and the knowledge that Team Sinclair will be raising as much money as we can for The Christie.
