Sandra Sinclair – Director
Sandra Sinclair is managing director and founder of Sinclair Law Solicitors, a boutique family law practice located in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Lucy Hart – Director
Lucy is an experienced family solicitor who has specialised in this area of law for over ten years. The majority of her career has been spent in top tier Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners firms and she therefore has a wide breadth of expertise particularly in relation to financial settlements on divorce and complex children disputes. She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Complex Financial and Property Matters and Children Law.
She also advises in relation to pre-nuptial agreements, disputes between unmarried couples and injunctions.
Lucy prides herself on her empathetic yet practical approach to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients and joined Sinclair Law in order to provide a bespoke and high quality service to clients at a time of particular disruption in their lives.
Suzanne Moore – Solicitor
Suzanne has a wealth of experience in all areas of family law. She is a member of Resolution and is a Resolution accredited Collaborative Lawyer.
Suzanne is committed to working with you to find the best solution in as non-confrontational way as possible in order to achieve a swift resolution as cost effectively as possible.
Suzanne is approachable and has good technical skills. A well-respected solicitor in her field, Suzanne has developed a close working relationship with the LGBT Foundation in Manchester and is a member of the UK and Ireland LGBT Family Law Institute which is an association of solicitors and barristers experienced in the area of LGBT work.
Suzanne has published articles on same-sex issues and is at the forefront of advising same-sex couples on all aspects of separation, finances and children including surrogacy and donor agreements.
Philippa Lewis – Solicitor
Philippa is dual qualified as a Solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser. She specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Probate, Court of Protection applications and personal tax planning.
Philippa is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
Philippa trained as a Solicitor with Hill Dickinson LLP and stayed with the firm for seven years advising clients on a broad spectrum of private client matters. She then moved to KPMG in 2013 in order to qualify as a Chartered Tax Adviser. During her time at KPMG, she was part of their Private Client Tax team and latterly their Reward team where she was involved in advising families and their businesses on succession planning issues in the context of employee/director equity awards.
Philippa joined Sinclair Law in 2018 to join a like-minded team focused on providing personal bespoke high quality advice tailored to each client.
Agata Napora – Paralegal
Agata joined the practice in October 2018 from a premium international business law firm where she has worked with corporate clients as well as high-net-worth individuals for several years. Prior to that she gained exposure to family law whilst working at smaller establishments in London.
Agata primarily assists Sandra Sinclair and Lucy Hart with complex matrimonial proceedings, financial settlements and children disputes whilst building her own portfolio. She is very passionate about this line of work and she has her heart set on qualifying as a family lawyer in the future.
Agata highly values relationship building with all clients and she prides herself at providing exceptional and friendly service. An interesting fact about her is that she grew up in Poland and moved to the UK to study law at the University of Manchester.
She loves spending time with her son and two dogs.
