1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to existing or previous clients of Sinclair Law Solicitors who refer friends or family to our divorce services.
2. How to refer: You can refer a friend or family by emailing lucy.hart@sinclairlaw.co.uk with their full name (and contact details if you wish us to contact them directly), or your friend/family can contact us directly. Just let us know that you recommended them, either before they get in touch or within four weeks of them signing up for Sinclair Law services and paying a retainer.
3. Qualifying services: The voucher will be sent to you once the client retainer for family law legal services has been paid.
4. Voucher Details: Successful referrals will receive a £200 Carden Park Voucher, purchased by Sinclair Law.
5. No Limit: There is no limit to the number of friends or family you can refer. Each qualifying referral will receive a separate voucher.
6. Exclusions: If the person you refer is involved in a dispute where the other party is already a Sinclair Law client, we cannot accept the referral.
7. General: Sinclair Law reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may have an expiry date.
8. Data Protection: By making a referral, you consent to Sinclair Law Solicitors processing your and your friend’s personal data for the purpose of administering this promotion in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Right to Cancel: Sinclair Law should reserve the right to cancel or refuse vouchers if the terms are not met or if there is suspected misuse.
10. Limitation of Liability: Sinclair Law is not liable for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.
