Caroline Barton

Caroline joined Sinclair Law, as our Operations and Finance Manager, in September 2024 and is responsible the firm’s internal HR, Financial Management, Compliance and Facilities.

She has a background in HR working in London for large corporations including JP Morgan and Marks and Spencer.  She has however spent the last 16 years working in law firms and is familiar with all stages of the legal process.

Caroline’s role is to ensure that all aspects of the firm operate efficiently and to support our continuous growth. Through her strategic management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving behind the scenes, she allows our lawyers to concentrate fully on achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
