Our fabulous team at Sinclair Law gave up their Sunday morning on 18 June 2023 to raise much needed funds in aid of Francis House Children’s Hospice. This is a cause that is close to our hearts and everyone gave 100% to complete the Three Peaks Challenge.
An 8am start saw everyone arrive at Tegg’s Nose Country Park ready to take on Tegg’s Nose, Shutlingloe, and Shining Tor amidst the stunning Cheshire countryside. It was a chilly start but the sun was soon shining and hotted up towards the finish line, despite the threat of thunder looming. The Dad’s amongst the team were treated to spectacular views along the way, a wonderful way to spend their Father’s Day morning. With a choice of two routes of 6.5 or 13.5 miles, all abilities could join in, and many of the team brought along younger family members and four-legged friends who gave us extra support and enthusiasm along the way. Some littler legs may have needed a helping hand at the last peak!
A challenge it was indeed with several steep climbs, but everyone made it over the finish line – a fantastic achievement! Most importantly, we managed to raise much-needed funds for Francis House Children’s Hospice.
Director Lucy Hart said of the event “This was a fantastic event for an amazing cause, Francis House is a charity that really deserves everyone’s support. The whole team thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and taking in the wonderful views on a sunny Sunday morning. We are pleased to say that only one person needed a carry for the steep climb at the end!”
Here at Sinclair Law Solicitors, we are extremely passionate about supporting Francis House Children’s Hospice and the incredible care they provide to our local community, and we are proud to have had the opportunity to contribute to making such a positive difference to so many families.
