Family Mediation Week takes place this year between 17-21 January 2022 to raise awareness of the benefits of family mediation and how it can help separating families manage their issues productively.
The family mediation week campaign is organised by the Family Mediation Council (FMC). They have produced plenty of activities to be involved with during family mediation week. This includes a launch event with the government minister with responsibility for mediation Lord Wolfson. The FMC have created many events to take place during the week addressed at different groups of individuals including:
- Lawyers Family Mediation Week for Lawyers – Family Mediation Council
- Mediators Family Mediation Week for Mediators – Family Mediation Council
- Other professionals working with separating families Family Mediation Week for Professionals Working with Families – Family Mediation Council
- Members of the public Family Mediation Week for Members of the Public – Family Mediation Council
